Do I need planning permission?

Is it a shed, greenhouse or similar which is more than 5 metres from the dwelling?
Is it an extension to a house/bungalow OR shed/garage/stable/greenhouse within 5 metres of a house/bungalow?
Is it an alteration to the roof of your dwelling?
Are you planning to install/alter/replace a satellite dish on a house?
