Those with a disability, or life limiting illness, of any age may be eligible for a grant to help towards adapting their home so it’s more suitable for their needs.

This is a grant for the refurbishment and redevelopment of retail and commercial properties.

The Welsh Government's fuel poverty scheme offers free home energy efficiency improvements if you’re an eligible applicant living in an energy inefficient property (that you own or privately rent) and someone in your household receives a means tested benefit, or has certain health conditions.

Cadw historic buildings grant (external link)
Cadw offers grants towards the cost of repairing and restoring historic community assets, such as village/community halls, institutes, libraries, and places of worship which are open for wider community use.

Warm Homes Funding for central heating

Rent Smart Wales have secured Warm Homes Funding to offer a helping hand to landlords and tenants to install central heating (gas boiler, radiators and associated work) in rental properties. The funding is part of the Energy Company Obligation (ECO 3) Flexible Eligibility funding mechanism- an energy efficiency initiative designed to help reduce carbon emissions while tackling fuel poverty.
